Preliminary scouting
We consider different kinds of assets for intervention:
- Industrial lands above 1.5 hectares
- Agricultural areas close to industrial areas larger than 2 hectares
- Large agricultural fields, above 30 hectares.
- Disused quarries that reached the end of their service life.
- Industrial roofs or of big dimensions.
We enter preliminary contracts to lease or acquire land.

Project development
This stage takes place in two steps:
We take care of all the documentation required to obtain the government's permit, mediating with municipalities, regions and ministries.
We manage the connection to the electricity grid in all its phases.
We support our clients throughout the whole authorization phase.

Construction and management
We assist with the construction and management of the photovoltaic system.
We get involved in managing the system with particular attention to the local community, throughout the life of the solar power plant.
